While GPS tracking data is transmitted securely, you acknowledge that transmissions may traverse third-party networks and systems. Sensitive information like payment details is always encrypted, but general data may be subject to standard internet transmission practices.
You may not duplicate, resell, or exploit our service, device design, or access to tracking dashboards without express written permission.

Historical data may not reflect current movement. We reserve the right to modify the dashboard or tracking logic at any time, and you accept responsibility for monitoring those updates.

We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion and will attempt to notify you using contact information provided. Orders appearing to be from resellers may be refused.
